You can book Massage, Facials, Energy Healing and Reflexology treatments as standalone sessions, or choose from a selection of bespoke packages that combine these therapies with Reiki and Crystal Healing for a truly nurturing experience. Aromatherapy Massage
Aromatherapy massage is a gentle, relaxing treatment that uses a blend of essential oils to work the whole body. You can choose from an aromatherapy back massage, a full body massage (excluding head and face), or a full body massage including head and face.
I offer both bespoke aromatherapy treatments and pre-blended oil options. Bespoke treatments are only available for full body massages and include a consultation beforehand to determine which essential oils will be most beneficial for your individual needs. Alternatively, my pre-blended oils feature my most popular blends, created to help with common concerns such as aching muscles, sleep difficulties, anxiety, and stress.

Reflexology
Reflexology is a massage technique which applies gentle pressure to your feet. It aims to bring about a state of relaxation and help the body’s own healing process.
It is based in the Chinese principle that certain areas on the soles of the feet or on the hands correspond to other parts of the body and that putting pressure on one area of the foot can have an effect on the organ that is corresponds with.
As part of the treatment I use a carrier oil but if required I can add a aromatherapy blend for either relaxation, stress relief, energising or a mood boost.

Indian Head Massage
Indian Head Massage originated around 600BC in India. It was introduced to England by Narendra Mehta after his studies in 1978.
It focuses massage focuses on massaging acupressure points along the head, neck, and shoulders. Benefits can include reduction in headaches and improvement to physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
I use coconut oil during the treatment which is really beneficial for the hair and if required I can add an aromatherapy blend for either relaxation, stress relief, energising or a mood boost.

Reiki
Usui Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive Japanese healing technique that channels universal life force energy to help reduce stress, ease anxiety, and promote deep relaxation. Clients remain fully clothed throughout the treatment, ensuring a comfortable and calming experience.
Each session begins with smudging to cleanse your energy field, followed by a short relaxing meditation. I also incorporate my crystal Merkaba singing pyramid, which emits high-vibrational tones to help clear and elevate your energy before the Reiki treatment begins. Reiki is then gently administered with my hands placed lightly on or just above the body, allowing healing energy to flow where it’s needed most.
You can experience Usui Reiki on its own or choose to enhance your session with Crystal Reiki, which includes placing healing crystals on the seven main chakra points to support deeper energetic balance.

Shamanic Reiki
Shamanic Reiki is a powerful fusion of Usui Reiki and the healing energies of the natural elements. This deeply intuitive treatment works with Earth-based wisdom and universal life force energy to support healing on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.
Your session begins with smudging to cleanse your energy field, followed by the resonant tones of my crystal Merkaba singing pyramid and a short relaxing meditation to prepare your energy field. I then invite the elemental energies—Earth, Air, Fire, and Water—to guide and support the healing process. You'll also experience the rhythmic vibrations of my shamanic drum, Agatha, and the gentle presence of crystals to further deepen the connection and flow of energy.
This non-invasive treatment is received fully clothed and is profoundly relaxing, often leaving you with a renewed sense of harmony and a deeper awareness of your connection to all that is.
